    2. Cleanliness
      Vehicles must be returned in reasonably clean condition. Additional cleaning fees may apply for:

      • Spills or stains
      • Smoke odor
    3. Late Return Policy
      Returning the vehicle after the allotted time may result in:
      • Hourly late fees
      • Additional daily charges

  4. Fuel Policy
    Unless otherwise specified, all rentals follow a “Full-to-Full” fuel policy. You are expected to:

    2. Collision Damage
      If an accident occurs, the renter must:

    3. Personal Belongings
      HCL Car Rental is not responsible for loss or theft of items left inside the rental vehicle. Please double-check before returning the vehicle.
  8. Breakdown Assistance
    In the event of a mechanical breakdown, we will provide assistance as quickly as possible. However, HCL Car Rental is not responsible for delays or inconveniences caused by:
    • Flat tires
    • Dead batteries caused by user negligence
    • Lost keys
    • Running out of fuel
    Associated costs may be charged unless roadside protection is included in your package.
  9. Accidents, Collisions & Damages
    If the vehicle is damaged during your rental period, you may be responsible for:

    Failure to report an incident promptly may void coverage or protection plans.
  10. Cancellation, Refunds & No-Show Policy

    2. Refunds
